Greenhouse is part of GroupM, alongside Mindshare, EssenceMediacom, and Wavemaker. Since these four agencies shared the same target audience, Greenhouse decided to focus on a different demographic to reduce internal competition and stimulate growth.
This rebrand of Greenhouse was not yet clear to the public. Existing and potential clients did not recognize Greenhouse in this new position, which led to confusion.
To express their new ethos, Greenhouse assigned me the task of showcasing their refreshed identity through a website redesign.
The new logo and fonts for Greenhouse's rebrand were already set, so I was tasked with creatively implementing these elements and selecting images that reflected their new direction while embracing their unique, creative Brabantse mentality.
I designed custom icons based on research with their new audience, ensuring they were more recognizable and aligned with the accompanying text. Additionally, I adjusted the shade of Greenhouse’s iconic purple to give the brand a fresh, modern look while preserving its distinctive flair.
Lastly, I created the entire interface for their website prototype, paying careful attention to interactions and animations. The result was a rebrand that resonated well with both Greenhouse and their new target demographic.
